Matthew, a proud Cherokee Nation citizen and ordained elder, brings over two decades of leadership experience including ministry and nonprofit management, having served as the COO for organizations like the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits and Faith in Public Life. He founded the Southern Hills Outreach Foundation, providing critical services to the Oklahoma City community. Today, he offers fractional COO services, helping organizations navigate complex challenges with strategic oversight.
Jennifer, with over a decade of experience in marketing, blends creativity and strategy to amplify causes. She specializes in visual storytelling, having worked with major brands like Apple and Sony, and brings this expertise to nonprofits, developing impactful social media strategies and marketing campaigns. Together, they combine their talents to help mission-driven organizations thrive. They also write books related to nonprofit management and faith-based organizations, sharing insights and strategies from their extensive experience in the field. They live on a farm in Mustang, Oklahoma, where they balance work with their love for community and creativity.
